Much of his early career was spent in graphic design
but he always felt passion for other worlds, magical
characters and metaphorical stories. He soon
afterwards decided to devote himself to illustration
- both traditional and digital - creating each piece
to be intense and conceptual.

Javier's illustration work regularly appears in
magazines, children and young readers books and
corporate materials in the U.S. and South America.
Some of his passions include animation and comics.
He has been published in 2006 in Heavy Metal
magazine and was a juror of the UNICEF comic contest.
