EMMA GILLETTE

Emma Gillette is a Denver based illustrator and animator who was raised in Portland, Oregon. Emma spent a year and half doing service in Thailand during her college years, and has developed a great love for Southeast Asia. She draws a lot of inspiration for her personal work from that area of the world. She received her BFA in Animation at Brigham Young University and has recently jumped into the world of freelance. Emma is passionate about telling stories through illustrated books, video games and animation. Her work has most recently appeared in children’s books, BYU animated short films and various animated commercials and teaching materials. In her free time Emma enjoys trying new recipes with her husband, hiking, and traveling to new places.
