This journey has allowed him to create artwork for many children’s picture books, middle grade novels, book covers, magazines, TV commercials, trading cards and major advertising campaigns. James has been recognized by the Society of Illustrators, praised by numerous book reviewers and has been the recipient of two Telly awards. Trained in traditional and digital mediums; James graduated with honors from Art Center College of Design in California. He calls Poulsbo, Washington home these days where he lives with his wife and two sons.
